Standard Call-Out & Hourly Rates
- Residential: R450 per hour
- Business: R550 per hour
- After-hours / Emergency:
• Residential: R600 per hour
• Business: R800 per hour
Billing starts at one hour, then in 30-minute increments.
Materials and parts are quoted separately.

At Safe Electrical, we take pride in the quality of our work and believe you deserve lasting results—not quick fixes. That’s why we offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on all electrical repairs and installations we carry out.

- All electrical work completed by our team, including repairs, installations, and fault-finding services.
- Work carried out with a valid Certificate of Compliance (CoC), where applicable.
- Return visits if any issues directly related to our workmanship arise within 12 months of the job.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
To keep things fair and transparent, the following are not included under our warranty:
- Faults caused by misuse, tampering, power surges, load shedding, weather conditions & storms or external damage.
- Any issues resulting from unauthorized repairs done after our service.
- Materials and components, which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- General wear and tear or changes to the installation after our team has left site.
- New faults or issues that arise which were not part of the original work, including but not limited to earth leakage tripping and nuisance tripping — these will be assessed and billed separately.

All parts we supply come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which typically ranges from 1 to 5 years depending on the product. We’re happy to assist you in handling any claims with the supplier.

If something doesn't seem right within a week of your appointment, we’ll return free of charge to inspect and address it. We stand by our service, and your peace of mind matters.
